Warranty claim information
JAYS Support can only handle warranty claims if your product has been purchased from www.jaysheadphones.com. If you did not buy the product from www.jaysheadphones.com, then contact the reseller that sold you the product to make the warranty claim. In order to handle a warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required by JAYS, our retailers and distributors.
