For acceptance of your return, the product must be in perfect condition and package unbroken. As an in-ear earphone is a hygienic product used inside the ear, we only accept a return of in-ear products as long as the package is unbroken. This don't apply to our on-ear products or speakers.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges related to a return to JAYS in Sweden, and paid return shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made within 14 days upon receiving of the product, and will be transferred to the original buyer’s credit card.
