All products on JAYS Online Store are subject to availability, and are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated.
JAYS cannot be held liable for any costs or damages related to a delivery delay. All orders are shipped DAP (Delivery at Place) from Sweden/Europe which means that the buyer is responsible for paying VAT, duties, taxes and other related charges for import to countries outside the European Union.
All shipping charges are flat rate which means you pay the same freight charge regardless of how many products ordered.
Goods must be collected within two weeks upon notification, after which the goods will automatically be sent back to JAYS. An administrative fee of 200 SEK will be charged by JAYS for uncollected goods. Please note that in the event you decide to make a return after an order has been shipped, you will still need to collect the product before you can make a return. This way, you will also avoid being levied extra charges.
Depending on the region, all orders are either handled by the Swedish Postal Service, DHL Service Point or FedEx. A delivery note will be sent by email once the order is shipped. Accessories are sent non-registered by Swedish Postal Service. JAYS do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud.
